Investment process and real estate
We offer legal advice in all real estate related processes.
Within this department we:
- take part in negotiations,
- advise when concluding agreements and enforcing their provisions,
- prepare and give opinions on agreement drafts, including those basing on Contractual Terms FIDIC,
- advise during construction investments,
- advise when settling construction investments,
- analyse and make claims arising from construction contracts, design works or investor’s supervision,
- advise on legal issues related to disputes arising from investment processes,
- conduct due diligence of real estate,
- offer legal services to municipal undertakings,
- advise how to commercialise construction investments.
