The hotel chain. Legal services in the investment process of the build and lease model
We offered legal advice to the foreign investor in the development process – the construction and commercial lease of the hotel locations in the form of long-term lease agreements and in the turnkey property investment under the investor’s standard. Our services included the areas of civil law, administrative law and zoning law, as well as security agreements and corporate standards of investment agreements.
