Work establishments – audit and GDPR implementation in complex organisations and work establishments, including an employment perspective

We audited and adopted the rules of personal data protection in companies and provided ongoing legal support in this area to the entities operating as employers. We reviewed the following issues: the permitted compilation of job applicants’ data bases for future recruitment procedures, legally permitted visual surveillance of employees, time and attendance systems monitoring permitted by law, entrusting employees with property and their geolocation tracking, employees taking advantage of benefits offered by the employer and related personal data processing by the employer, using the employee’s image lawfully and the purpose of processing such image, outsourcing services as entering into an agreement for the data processing in connection with – recruitment, leasing server space, technical support and IT, human resources and accounting departments, foreign language teaching, employees publishing their work in the press and Internet, training offered to employees on data protection in the workplace.
