Hotel industry – supporting the industry in implementing the GDPR rules
We audited and adopted the rules of personal data protection in companies and provided ongoing legal support in this area to the hotels and their additional services: spa & wellness, catering services. We covered the issues of the legal visual monitoring systems, the personal data of hotel guests and its processing when offering spa and catering services, the marketing of own products and services, the permitted processing of guests’ data used in loyalty schemes.
