International capital groups – data protection regulations of the whole group
We implemented the rules of personal data protection in capital group companies where the transfer of data to third parties also took place so the issue of legalising such transfers was vital. We identified the processes of personal data processing in this capital group and determined the role of each of the companies as a data administrator, processing entity and co-administrator. We also verified the legal provisions of such relations.
