European Community trademarks
We represented the international capital group in the dispute against ex-shareholder on the grounds of unfair competition activities and infringement of the intellectual property rights to trademarks. Our assistance covered the strategy implemented before courts and national organs, as well as supervision and coordination of the court proceedings activities in Holland in cooperation with the associated local law firm.
