Utility models – the protection of the entrepreneur’s intellectual property
We successfully realised the court protection of the right to the Community design (registered in the EU Intellectual Property Office) of one of our Clients in the automotive industry. The outcome of the court measures was the issue of the order prohibiting the defendant to produce, offer and place on the market within the European Union the products infringing the Community design. The order opened the way to pursue from the infringing party further claims, including for compensation.
