We represented our Client in the complex and multi-faceted corporate dispute between shareholders and the limited liability company over establishing the invalidity of the shareholders’ meeting resolutions, establishing the ineffective withdrawal from the share sale agreement; we secured the Client’s claims and adopted the strategy concerning criminal law aspects.
