Comprehensive advice on GDPR – advertising agencies and PR

We audited and adopted the rules of personal data protection in companies and provided ongoing legal support in this area to the advertising agencies and PR agencies. We covered the following aspects: processing of the image of the participants in events / workshops for the marketing and service promotion purposes; contacts with the media and the use of journalists’ personal data to inform about press events; personal data processed in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), the organisation of competitions, workshops and sporting and artistic events in compliance with the GDPR.
