Advice to MTP on the purchase of a service providing company in the trade fair industry
We advised the Poznań International Trade Fairs sp. z o. o. on the purchase of a 100% stake of the company dealing with organising housing fairs. The transaction ended with a complex agreement based on the earn-out arrangements.
