Packaging industry. Sale of 100% of the shares in the national packaging manufacturer to the foreign corporate investor
We conducted the dedicated process of the whole stake sale of the packaging manufacturer to the investor – the global corporation in the packaging industry. The transaction covered the preparation of transaction documentation, negotiations and closing the deal on behalf of the shareholders holding 100% of the shares.
