Photovoltaic – construction, development and sale of photovoltaic farms
We conducted the restructuring procedure of a project group of companies dealing with the production of electric energy from the photovoltaic farms. Our advice covered the regulatory issues (concessions, auctions), administrative issues (environmental decisions, construction permits) and civil law and legal relationships (long-term leases, easements, agreements on joint use).
