Office facility – PZP, KIO, FIDIC
We assisted in the selection of the contractor of the “design and build” mode of works of the four-storey office and retail building, with three underground levels, the usable floor area of over 17,000 m2 and cubature over 65,000 m3. We represented the Awarding Entity in the appeal procedure before the National Appeals Chamber which was completed with the public procurement contract of the value of over PLN60 million.
