Office and retail building – comprehensive service during the tendering procedure and the design process
We offered comprehensive legal services and meritorious support in preparing and conducting by the Awarding Entity of the public procurement procedure, where the subject matter was the construction works in the form of “design and build” contract for the four-storey office and retail building with three underground levels, of the total usable area of over 2,700 m2 and over 11,000 m3, with the estimated value of PLN11.5 million.
