Gas market – support in entering the gas market
We advised on legal issues to one of the leading national energy groups (electric energy) in the strategic projects: developing a strategy for the Street Light Segment with the financing model, creating the operation structure, legal conditions of functioning and organisation internal regulations of the Street Light Segment resulting from the amendments to laws, legal advice on the complex project of the Company’s preparation to enter the gas market.
