Construction works – claims for compensation and under the guarantee
We conducted the court proceedings for the payment of compensation for one of the largest rubber products manufacturers in the world on the grounds of improper performance of work when constructing the manufacturing plant. We successfully cooperated with the Client when determining and assessing the damage, considering not only the actual loss, but also the loss of benefits due to the plant’s work stoppage.
